In today’s digitalized world, business leaders are expected to deal with a wider range of employees, investors, customers, and stakeholders all coming from diverse cultural backgrounds. The success of organizations is partially determined by how effectively they are able to approach global interactions and collaborations. The key to global collaborations is to develop intercultural competence, build trust between a diverse set of team members and align them through a shared purpose.
The aim of this module is to cultivate the skills required to foster cultural intelligence – effectively negotiate across cultures, overcome language barriers, and transcend challenges of physical distance. Students will get hands-on experience in addressing such challenges to global collaborations.
