Diversity and inclusion, in all fields of work, are extremely important as it ensures equal representation as well as equal opportunities for everyone. By learning what is meant by diversity and its significance, employers can utilize these concepts in their daily work environment to reap the benefits of heterogeneous perspectives, competences and experiences.
