Product Description

Difficult relationships or interactions are common issues experienced in the workplace.  Difficult interactions occur between individuals at work and can be triggered by discontent, disagreement, opposition, purposeful provocation, and sometimes even personal issues that do not necessarily belong to the workplace. It might also be a circumstance in which the other person made you feel vulnerable, disturbed, annoyed, furious, or nervous. This course is designed to highlight some of the common causes of difficult interactions and the role of conflict management to handle such situations constructively. You will also learn about the key strategies to overcome them.
