Delegating alludes to sharing or transferring responsibility, and normally transcends from an authority figure to a subordinate. Delegating is a pivotal characteristic for managers at any level and can be difficult for them because of problems surrounding control or the absence of trust. Coordination, correspondence, and ample trust are the key to a successful delegation of responsibilities. The outcomes are empowered employees, developing their value to the company and delivering higher quality results. This phenomenon is the opposite of micromanaging; it is important to understand the difference between the two terms. A decent delegator provides fundamental data with clear directions but does not obsessively scrutinize the work of employees. This course aims to provide individuals with information that enables them to delegate tasks successfully across a diverse range of situations.
