Creating a concrete and tangible Business Case involves several key steps such as: defining business opportunities, analyzing the available alternatives for said opportunities, engendering a substantial implementation plan, understanding its strengths and risks, and ultimately presenting a convincing pitch of the idea to the relevant stakeholders. It is imperative to understand the importance of these cases and this course intends on polishing the skills underlying business plans by granting access to highly proficient trainers. The purpose of this course, therefore, is to introduce individuals to the necessary skills of developing a presentable business case.
